Fantastic $30 Cartography Humble Bundle Is a Online Gaming GM's Dream

Following a brief run earlier this year, this cartography software collection is back for a limited time available through early December. Hailed as an extensive collection of mapping tools developed by ProFantasy Software throughout their history, the entire collection is valued at more than thirteen hundred dollars. And there are three different bundles offered in this deal.

The Main Attraction

The big draw is certainly permanent access to the CC3+ software, an industry-standard cartography program which enables users to create everything from fantasy overworld maps, detailed regional charts, city maps, and, perhaps most importantly, dungeon and tabletop battle maps.

The most affordable option, at a minimum cost of $1, includes only four of the 39 total items: Fantasy Overland Symbol Collection, Monster Token Pack 1, Castle Source Maps, Urban Source Maps. This one's only for existing CC3+ users, yet it provides new fantasy symbol styles for overworld maps, more than 750 monster tokens compatible with online gaming platforms, over twenty-five top-down castle layouts with 470 associated map tokens, eight fully mapped cities, plus seventy-plus building interiors.

Intermediate Package

The eight-item bundle starting at fifteen dollars offers enhanced value through inclusion of permanent CC3+ access, Cartographer's Annual Vol 1, Tome of Ultimate Mapping, and Symbol Set 6: Isometric Cities. Cartographer's Annual is the yearly bundle from the company's long-running monthly subscription service featuring multiple CC3+ enhancements including map packs and various other tools. Isometric Cities lets you display cities with an extra dimension using angled views from multiple angles. And the Tome of Ultimate Mapping is a 760-page for beginners and "power users" alike, packed with guidance and instructions covering cartography techniques.

All 17 volumes of Cartographer's Annual are included here, alongside a slew of additional tools and content enabling creators to design entire planets or galaxies, or just go all-in on classic fantasy realm creation: battle maps, underground complexes, urban centers, and continents in multiple viewpoints. Users can also create character illustrations. For $30 as opposed to $15, the complete collection is so worth it, particularly for mappers with temporary CC3+ access and want to upgrade to lifetime. However, it's clearly an even better deal for cartography beginners considering you even get the beginners' tutorials to facilitate learning. The sole limitation is that while the purchase is available on any platform, the applications only function on Windows.

Charitable Component

Similar to previous bundles, part of every purchase goes to benefit a nonprofit. For this one, that's Save the Children, established in 1919 by Eglantyne Jebb dedicated to enhancing children's welfare globally through education, health care, and emergency relief.
