Additional Pictures from Epstein Estate Released by Democratic US Lawmakers
Development layouts for Epstein's private Caribbean island among the released materials.
Additionally featured in this latest image disclosure seems to be a property layout for the Great St James island, found in the Caribbean US territory.
Jeffrey Epstein bought a more modest island - the Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but acquired the bigger adjacent island in 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
This visual evidence indicate he had formulated plans to build upon the 161-acre island by erecting residences, an performance venue, an office beneath the waves and a swimming pool.
Visible on the drawing is a channel, a strait in the region, indicated on the lower right-hand corner.
The architectural drawing is annotated in handwritten red notes and features a notes section identifying various parts of the property.
Accompanying the main plan are what seem to be an additional nine property layouts and construction drawings, featuring layouts for boat shelters.
Additional materials disclosed as part of the ongoing investigative process.
